Joslin Monahan serves as Counsel to Cannalex Law. She has more than a decade of experience in real estate, corporate, and commercial litigation; adversarial bankruptcy proceedings; and land use and zoning. She also specializes in Michigan marijuana law.
Joslin is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, the State of Montana, the United States District Court for the District of Montana, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Montana, the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Joslin is the presently the chair of the Western Branch of the American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan and a member of the Lawyers Committee for the Western Branch of the ACLU of Michigan.
