Cannalex Law is pleased to announce that three attorneys, Joslin Monahan, Shoran Williams and Samuel Levine have joined the firm.
Joslin Monahan has joined Wrigley, Hoffman & Hendricks and Cannalex Law as Counsel. She has more than a decade of experience in real estate, corporate, and commercial litigation; adversarial bankruptcy proceedings; and land use and zoning. She also specializes in Michigan marijuana law.
Joslin is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, the State of Montana, the United States District Court for the District of Montana, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Montana, the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Joslin is the presently the chair of the Western Branch of the American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan and a member of the Lawyers Committee for the Western Branch of the ACLU of Michigan.

Shoran R. Williams has joined Wrigley, Hoffman & Hendricks and Cannalex Law as Counsel. For nearly a decade Shoran was a senior trial attorney with the largest publicly held personal lines insurer in the United States and in 2015 established her own Atlanta-based firm Reid Williams, where she served as first chair attorney for hundreds of jury and bench trials.
Shoran has been an adjunct professor at the Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville where she designed and taught a course on the “Fundamentals of Personal Injury Law.” She is also the author of “Waking the Sleeping Demon: 26 Hours of Terror in Atlanta” and speaks about the Atlanta courthouse shootings and the aftermath of the events and the subsequent trial.

Samuel Levine joins Wrigley, Hoffman & Hendricks and Cannalex Law as Associate Attorney. Sam was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in November 2017 and the Western District of Michigan in February 2018. His legal work experience includes serving as the lead attorney in bankruptcy at a Grand Rapids firm. Prior to that, he served as a law clerk at a firm in the Lansing area. Sam was also a certified legal intern at the Milton A. Kramer Civil Rights, Human Rights and Immigration Law Clinic while a student at Case Western Reserve University.
